Handed to airlines?!

My tracking is LY051585690CN and all tracking services say it is either “handed to airlines” or “delivered to air transport.” Can you update me and help me understand the process and what happens next?

It was delivered to air transport and April 4 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
