I send my package to china 2 of April-2019 .. and its not at the receiver yet ???

It may be stuck at the customs. The recipient should have got a notice about how to get it. You'd better contact the recipient to ask.

It's sent by PostNord Sweden. You'd better contact PostNord Sweden to ask if it could be tracked when it arrive in China. There is no further update shows it arrives in China now.
