Why there’s no tracking information of my parcel yet

My friend went to China Post office and sent parcel from there itself, but still there’s no tracking information about my parcel, it’s been more than two weeks. How can I get the information of my parcel?

Hi Karthik,

If you couldn't get any information of your parcel within two weeks, the reason should be that China Post doesn't provide tracking service for that kind of parcel.
