I understand that its still guessing, but you see this more often then me, so maybe you can do a guess? I wont be angry if you're wrong.

Should i still expect it or should i consider it to be lost? I am not sure how much the post is affected and delayed by the current c19 outbreak.

It may be delayed due to no flight to Netherlands now. To my experience, it should be transited to Zhengzhou Terminal and then delivered to air transport. But it has been stuck at Zhengzhou International Processing Center for a month, it's not normal. I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
