Es kann nicht sein, dass das Paket seit 2 Wochen stillsteht, oder?

Hallo mauschla,

Ihr Paket hat China verlassen und ist jetzt auf dem Weg in die Schweiz. Sie können die genaue Situation nicht kennen, wenn es in der Mitte ist. Normalerweise dauert es ungefähr 20-40 Tage (nachdem es China verlassen hat), um es zu erreichen, und es wird weitere Updates geben, wenn es ankommt.

My Paket has not been delivered/ it is not at my new or old address

I contacted you earlier that my address was wrong (it changed my address when I went from the ad to the store back to my old address and I didn't notice at first) I got an email from you that you changed the Address, but I haven't got any Paket or notice for a Paket.
I also filled out a Nachsendeantrag (a form to fill out at the German post to make them send you a Paket if you moved) that also seem to not work. I can't see any information here where the Paket was delivered to where is it ?
