Wondering where my package is

Hello,
I am just wondering where my package currently is and when I can expect to receive it. It says it has been in Richmond since October 9th, 2021 but hasn't moved since. Can you please help me?

Hi Carissa Farias,

It's sent by YANWEN Express by the seller. If it's stuck for over 20 days, you need to let the receiver in China contact YANWEN Express to check it for you.
