Good afternoon,

my girlfriend has sent a parcel with the code CP369805346CN last december. the package still hasnt arrived after well over the expected timeframe. Would you please redirect the parcel to the correct destination

Hi Oualid Azzeggarh,

It's sent by a cheap service of China Post, so it's slow. You'd better wait for more days to see. If it couldn't be delivered in this month, you need to let your girlfriend go to the post office to ask for compensation.

The correct address is:

country: Hungary, 5400
