Yanwen Tracking says it’s handed to the courier since 7 days where is my order

I ordered on Etsy on 11.10.23 the tracking said it’s arrived in Germany at 17.10.23 and handed to the courier on 18.10.23 since then no more update or a received order. Where is my package and wich delivery service uses Yanwen in Germany ?

Hi Law,

It should be delivered by your local postal courier. You' better wait for more days to see. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi,
I ordered something from China and it’s shipping through YANWEN. The seller has told me it’s going to arrive this month and it’s been in transit for around 10-11 days. But it has been stuck at “port of destination: arrival”. Hope you can help as YANWEN customer service couldn’t help me and same with the seller. This is form China to Ireland.
