Your tracking information shows that this item was delivered, it was not. I need to process a claim for a refund from eBay, for this I require a detail tracking from China Post and if it was handed to another carrier in Canada I need the details. Either provide proof of delivery (My 2 cameras show no deliveries that day) or information that the item was lost.

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. The official proof of delivery also needs the courier to provide. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
