10 weeks no progress

Hi,
I sent a return delivery back to the seller, but my parcel made no movement for 10 weeks. It is stuck at 'Shenzhen, sent to import customs'. Tracking number is CY547958235DE.

Hi spooner1,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

The parcel arrived at Vilnius, Lithuania 4 weeks ago on 22 July. Since that time it hasn't moved even one meter. When can I receive the shipment? Unfortunately it is not my first case with the same problem. It is usual in Vilnius. Are you not able to force Lithuanian Post to do their job?
