I have order 2 Christmas gifts shipped by you from China, and both have been delivered to the wrong address. Both have the same address for delivery; bit both ha e been delivered to 2 different cities rather than Burlington, where it belongs. Please tell me where my packages are and when they will be delivered to my house correctly ?

I was expecting two separate packages to be delivered to Colorado but both packages were delivered to two completely different states. One in Missouri and one in Arkansas, at least that’s what I’m told by the tracking. I never changed the shipping address at any time. How can this be resolved??
