47 days still no package

I have been waiting for my package since it shipped April 14th. LY109653206CN. I still have no update if it has actually left China or not. Have seen many people receiving packages that were ordered in June. What is going on?!

Hi Sarah,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I inquired about my package over a month ago and was told it should be 20-40 days. Its now coming up on 60 days and the package still has not reached the U.S. This is unacceptable even with Covid-19.
