Its been over 5 days, but not moving

Its been over 5 days since my package arrived at , Qingdao, Shandong
but mine is not moving anymore.

You said it is not normal if the package is not moving over five days

Does "five days" mean only working days ( Mon- Fri) ?

or whole week?
