My package EB753818475CN has been stuck in Guangzhou EMS for over 20 days. How do I contact this office to start moving my package, or what can I do to get it to the United States?

Hi Tiara R,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on October 1 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
