I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS

Hi, I placed an order 1st September and it got shipped on the 4th. It’s been saying flight departure since the 7th of September. Why is it still in departure after 7 days? The flight doesn’t take that long. So it’s been a total of 15 days I still haven’t received my parcel. The tracking number is EV993292759CN it usually only takes 9-10 days please tell me what’s the problem. Thank you

My package tracking is airline departure from 22 may 2021.. But still there is no any information about my package... Now its more the 10 days airline departure...what hell if airline departure there is no arrival frm 10 days the airline is in sky not arriving in
