A package that says delivered but I didn't receive it

Hello.
My package that should have arrived with the tracking number AM344986228CN says it was delivered but I didn't receive it. Maybe you could let me know which shipping company it was delivered to in Israel and also what is its new tracking number in Israel so I can check with them about the package,
