So who signed for my package when it was never even attempted to be delivered at my residence? Where are all of undelivered packages that people aren't ever getting? And before you say check with the seller, I've already done that. Because they don't own their own shipping company, it's on China Post. I. WANT. TO. KNOW. WHERE. MY. PACKAGE. IS.

That's not an answer and certainly not one good enough for the company responsible for someone else's mail. I keep getting told to contact this person and then they tell me, oh no you need to contact this other person.

It's not shipped by China Post but by Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸). Tracking information shows it was delivered on March 19. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸) to check it for you in time. If they couldn't find it, you need to contact the seller to get refund in time.
