Item says delivered but not received?

My Order #LZ507510996CN
Say it was delivered on 4th July at 08:05am but I have not got the parcel.
I did not sign for it. I was home aswell.
So why does it say delivered when I did not receive parcel.

Hi my tracking number is RX729367285CN it says it has been delivered but I have not received it? Could you send the proof of delivery please

It's delivered by Royal Mail in UK. You'd better contact Royal Mail to ask where they put the parcel.

Update.
The Ebay seller in China added wrong tracking number and has admitted it was their mistake.
Item was never posted even though the tracking number said it had been.

Tracking shows delivered to my address in Spain on 18th March but was never delivered, am home all day due to lockdown. No one called RV336719830CN
