I would like to know where you delivered my package

I have been waiting for my package given a tracking number AS750128407CN that said it’s been delivered. I did not sign for the package Australia Post has no record of the parcel. I need to know who China post used in Brisbane Australia as a courier service to deliver the package because it was not delivered to my home

Thank you for replying to my question, however. I am getting confused as you gave me a different tracking number than to the one I had. Anyway it also said package delivered. I have always had to sign for my packages delivered can you tell me who the courier service was that China Post used to deliver my package I can then contact them

Australia post have no record of this tracking number at all. Nor does Auspost. How can a package show as been delivered if Australia post have no record of the tracking number.

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, check it with Austrlia Post. Or, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation.

According to the tracking information, LP190423087CN was delivered on April 20. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
