Hi, I have previously asked China Postal Tracking to track this package for me and they told me that my package was still in transit: AS432504385CN.
right now, my package has been in the same place for over 23 days and the company is refusing to respond to me emails. Do you think this is a scam? If so is there anything that can be done or anything action I can take on my part?

Hello. I sent a package to Cuba with tracking number CY030095333CN, but I lost track of it on August 29th. I contacted the Cuban postal service, and they told me that my package hasn't arrived. They also suggested that I contact China Post, saying that there might be a change in the tracking code for international shipments, and that the letter "E" is often used in these cases. I would appreciate your help in locating my package, and if it has been assigned a new tracking number, please let me know what that number is so I can track it with the Cuban postal service.
