Hello, Can you kindly explain status of EV014389807CN? It says airline departure. The origin is Guangzhou and destination is USA. Does AIRLINE DEPARTURE mean that the parcel is on currently on flight to USA?

No, it doesn't mean it has on the flight to the USA. It just entered the port and waiting for the flight now.

Hi, I have parcel with tracking number LV454185927CN. It has been stuck in transit since March 19. More specifically since Apr 5 , it has been on airline departure.
