Almost 1 month i did not get update from the tracking number.

Hi, i order my item from ali express. It has been shipped on january 9, but until now i cannot get update from the tracking number (CP420085156CN). Can you help me to track where is my package? Because i need the item as soon as possible.

Hi Egan,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Jan. 10 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Indenesia after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Well over a month and no update on location. According to tracking it’s still in China but hasn’t moved in a month and 5 days. I know shipping is delayed, but my friends recieved his package and at this point I’m just curious if it’s even out there still.
