Alternative ways to pay taxes

Hello,
My parcel is currently waiting for customs tax payment.
Unfortunately, I cannot complete the payment because I do not have access to the phone number listed as the receiver, and I am unable to use WeChat.
Please let me know if there is any alternative way to pay the taxes, such as an international payment method or payment link.
I would like to complete the payment as soon as possible so the parcel can be released and delivered.

Hi Asilbek,
You can use WeChat to finish payment. Just download WeChatm sign up and then search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then click '帮他人缴税Help others to pay tax' to check how much you need to pay and finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.
