Hi Ram,

You need to contact the seller to ask if you neew to pay tax in your place. In most case, you don't need to pay for it. If it exceeds the price limit, you may need to pay for tax.

It's in Beijing waiting for the receiver to pay the tax now. If it's not paid, it will not be released.
