Hi, my order have been in the same spot for the last 3 months, i want to know if you guys have any information for me, and most important if you knew when my package could be arriving to me. Thanks a lot

Hi Tiago,

It's not normal for a package stuck for three months. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.

Hello, I shipped a pack CP068222782IT in December 2020, arrived China the 4th of January, then it stocked at custom, last news I had from tracking pack service showed it on the way back to Italy at Shanghai the 15th of March, then nothing more.

The pack contain my thesis.

from 4 Jan till March I had no news of it, and now I don't know where it is. Can you help me about? last track showed it the 15th March in Shanghai.
