Are my items being shipped?

I ordered in April and I’m still waiting. The sender tells me it’s coming but I noticed it says “expired”. Is the package coming?

Hi Jasonradz,

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it although it's expired. It's going to you now but delayed. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this month or early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,
I have 2 parcels which appear lost in transit. I have been tracking using 17Track and Parcels.

Parcel LV520097979CN, shipped 19/06/22, last update 01/07/22 "the plane entered the port.

Parcel LV529962114CN, shipped 03/07/22. Last update was it was heading to Guangzhou International Mail Exchange, but no indication it has left China for the UK.
Any help identifying the whereabouts of these items would be appreciated. These are from a seller I regularly use, and previously I've had no issue receiving items in good time, and regular tracking updates. Theses items there has been no updates or changes in statues for around 2 weeks now!
