Hi,
I just want to know how many days does it take to send a parcel from China to Philippines. How manu days before my family will recieve it. Ordinary package only because your workers are not telling me the exact day and no good conversation. Because I want to send a parcel in Philippines and I want to know the estimated days how long it will take before it will reach Philippines

Hi Sharlen,

It takes about 20-40 days to be delivered for most of packages sent to Philippines by air now. The delivery time couldn't be guaranteed due to the coronavirus.

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on

My tracking LZ990271114CN has been saying since 20th August 2021 flight arrival but still no update and don’t have my parcel? What does it mean flight arrival? And EMS are saying in transit ?//

Hi My package said arrival at the destination on dec 21st and it’s updated again 28th Jan.It said arrival At the destination again.
It’s been 50days after shipping.
My tracking number is EB757887410CN
