Arrival at destination since last month

Hi My package said “arrival at the destination” twice on dec 24th and it was updated again the next day, dec 25th, saying “arrival at the destination” again.
It’s been almost a month without any update, and 52 days in total after the shipping started.
My tracking number is LV910589524CN. I need help, is it lost?
