My parcel has been stuck for a week now at arrival at destination. The tracking also states that plane has landed and arrival at destination 20th October. Tracking number: EB753937889CN

my parcel EV735216908CN has been stuck on arrival at the destination for more than a week why has it not updated yet it has even gone past the estimated delivery date
