Hi Fritz,

It's sent by a cheap way that needs to be transited in different countries. It's still on the way to Austria now. It takes about another 20 - 40 days for it to be reached. You need to wait for more days to receive it.

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on

Hi My package said arrival at the destination on dec 21st and it’s updated again 28th Jan.It said arrival At the destination again.
It’s been 50days after shipping.
