Hi Kristen,

It's in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 10-20 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives to my experience. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on
Aircraft Arrival,Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination) for 18 days now. this is absolutely not normal, as many other parcels are passing customs in my country and it seems mine is stuck. seller is being very un cooperative, and not helping to investigate what's going on with my parcel. In your experience , what could I do to resolve this? I Am shipping to YYZ btw
