I know that China post operates within the ICBC building here in doha, and I ordered a package online from China which is supposed to arrive through China post
It says on the China post website that the package is already delivered but I haven't received it yet, I would like to know if the package will arrive home or if I need to pick it up and where amd when can i pick it up?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
