Package is destination but stuck for 2 weeks

Hi my package has arrived in US but has been stuck on “arrival at the destination” since September 10. That is over 2 weeks and another package that was shipped weeks later is already on the way to my house. What is going on? Tracking number LY866809339CN

It's delayed in the middle location. I suggest you wait for more days to get update.
