No update in 2 weeks

I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago now from China to the UK - it was dispatched by seller very quickly but has been stuck at your processing department for nearly 2 weeks now (no update on tracking since 2nd March!) please can you advise is my parcel lost?? Or is this normal for it to take so long? I’m concerned it’s just stuck in one place. I expected it to arrive to me within 2 weeks, not for it to still be stuck in China!!!!! Track number: AT330551606CN

Hi EmilyH,

It may be delayed or lost. You need to require the seller open a dispute to China Post to check it for you. Only the seller could do that.
