CAN A TRACKING NUMBER BE USED TWICE AFTER BEING STOLEN THE FIRST TIME

After my seller reported to me that my parcels that was sent by him to me, was stolen on his side, he issued a reorder, but now he sent me exactly the same tracking numbers as the stolen parcels, IS THAT POSSIBLE?????

Hi Magdel,
If the seller just sent out these parcels, it need two days to check their shipping status because China Post need some time to scan and upload the information in the tracking system. I checked these three parcels and there is no information in the system now. I'll check them again after two days and let you know if there is information.

Hi Magdel,
Is he a eBay seller? If so, you can track it from ebay or ask the seller to help you track it. The order from eBay couldn't be tracked from China Post tracking system.

Yes his a Ebay seller, but I am unable to track it through ebay end the seller "promised" his helping to track it, but to no avail

I got result from tracking system now. The three parcels were just sent out by the seller on Nov. 3. The destination country is South Africa. So, I couldn't track it two days before.

Hi I was given a tracking number it was delivered to someone else 123 miles away, the seller has resent another but told me he is using the same tracking number I am unable to track it as says delivered. Can you re use a tracking number that has been used before?
If the first one has been sent out, for the second one the tracking number should be different from the first one. You can tell me the tracking number. I'll help you to track.
