Lost/stolen package


Hello, I believe that my package was either lost or stolen. I place the order November 23rd and it shipped November 28th but still hasn't arrived. I contacted the company that I ordered it from and they are saying it was delivered January 9th. How can I make a claim for a lost/stolen package. AS342272294CN

Sorry, we couldn't make a claim for you. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller claim it for you.
Where’s my package RE181668461CN at? 3 months and no tracking updates or sign of my package, could you deliver it to me ASAP or atleast email the whereabouts and what happened to it because packages don’t just disappear in thin air?

And I don’t know why but it’s taking for ever!!! Can you please make it faster !
