I have received the tracking number from Yangzhou University which is CT580663115CN, but I am unable to track, the parcel posted at 2023/2/16, my name is Firas Rouached. any info about my parcel please?

Hi firas,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.

You'd better contact the sender to confirm for the reason.
