The parcel I sent to China LK948319708AU arrived successfully and delivery was attempted. Can the recipient arrange redelivery or do they have to collect from a depot or local post office ?

Yes, the parcel can be arranged to deliver again. But it needs the recipient to call China Post service number 11185 to let them know. You'd better contact the recipient as soon as possible to let him contact China Post to make the redeliver to him.
