Is a flight arranged for my parcel?

Hi there, my parcel with the tracking code of EV990119249CN has been labelled as 'handed over to carrier' since 10/8/21 but as of today, 25/8/21, there has no been any progress for the parcel. May I know if a flight is being arranged for it to fly to Singapore Can you answer me on why it is taking so long for it to be shipped out to Singapore as this is an urgent parcel as I need it immediately

The delivery time for EMS package couldn't be guaranteed. It may be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
