Flight departure status for a week without further updates

Hi ya, my parcel EV973582139CN has been showing ‘flight departure’ more than a week and without any further updates. Is there any problem happened with the flight or missing parcel ?

Hi Gabriel,

It's in Rotherham for delivery now. If you couldn't receive it recently, you need to contact Parcel force to check as soon as possible.

Hi, my tracking info shows the package status as "Handed over to carrier" but it comes after "flight departure" and "recieved by carrier". Doesnt it usually come before those updates or does this mean that the parcel was returned and didnt get on the flight? Is it just an error in the tracking?
