Flight departure but then says it's been handed over to the carrier

On the 9th of July my parcel says received by carrier then airline departure and flight departure. Shortly after I get notified that it's been handed over to the carrier for transportation in Gungzhou, Guangdong. What does this mean, has my parcel left China yet? I haven't got any updates since the 9th. My tracking is: LV531260208CN

It was handed over to the carrier for transportation on July 9 and takes about 20-4 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
