Cannot find package that says delivered

Hello, my tracking number is : ACM690653336CY and when I track my package on the website it says delivered on 10th June. However, I have checked my building and the opposite building & security cameras - it showed no parcel was delivered at the said time. Who can I contact regarding my package and why is there no picture/ proof of delivery available?
