lost package

I am looking for my package. Tracking number LT151638041CN. i have tracked it to Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. but cant seem to find it from there. I need it delivered to the US which i paid shipping for. let me know if you can help me find this package.

Hi monica,

This package is not normal. E-packet usually takes about 15-40 days to reach the US. Your package has been sent over 2 months that you still not get it. It may be lost on the way.
