can't track

When I type in my tracking number and I make sure it's correct it tells me it's not the right number. You took my order and money and now I get no answer and it's been weeks

Sorry, I don't get any tracking information for it. It's sent by Kyrgyz Post. You'd better contact them to check it for you. To my experience, the sender hasn't shipped it in real.
