my tracking Number is LY877198831CN and it can't be found. was it actually shipped?
purchased on 9/14/2021 still has not been delivered. was supposed to ship in 3-5 business days.

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
