Can't track package

Hello,
My package has been stuck in the same location since May, 29 and every time I check the package there is still no update. The tracking number is UJ391265048CN. Could you please let me know what is going on? The package has not been found through USPS either.

My packaged has not moved since 06/28/20 tracking number UJ487871724CN. I know covid has been an issue please help.

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since June 28. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within 10 days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

My package was delivered to USps sitaprocess center I NY where it remains since 6-25-2020 Any suggestions as to how I can find out what's going on?

Hi Nikki,
It was delivered by airline on July 6 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
