Carrier hasn't picked up package in 2 weeks.

My package is from Amazon from China and the arrival date is between September22nd to October7th of this year. My package number is SF6045888899266. This hasn't moved at all in two weeks. Like even 17track shows its still waiting for the carrier to pick it up. I don't know what's going on since the carrier is well unknown. This is still in china
