Is there a chance I won’t get my package back. Will customs not give it to recipient or return to me??? The recipient is telling me customs won’t give to him. Is this true. Please help
I shipped express last month been in China for 2 weeks

Hi Carlapowell,

It's retained by the customs. If the recipient doesn't get any notice about how to get it, you can only wait. It will be returned back to you or the customs will deal with it by themselves.

Hi, my package have been in transit for 2 months++ now
I live in Norway. Why is this taking so long? Is there not enough planes flying from Wuhan to Norway or?
