Why is my package stuck in transit so long?

I saw that my package is transitting to destination but it is so long time. The package was received by the carrier since 7 July . And it is stuck in transit by now. So when will the package arrive to thailand? How can I know?

Hi Sunisa,

It was received by airline on July 7 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Thailand after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
