Hello I am wounding if you can help me find out what's going on with my package. The last shipping information I received was on June 15 2019 and it has not moved since. My Order number is; 3119062393 and the tracking number is LT710349205CN.

USPS is in charge of delivering it to you. You'd better contact USPS to check it.

China Post only provide tracking service for some days for it. So, tracking stops updating. It should on the way to your country now. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered for this kind of package.
